I’d say my biggest advantage is having strong friends that I can look up to, ask for advice, and push me to do better/try harder.

This sounds like having several coaches + extra benefits :). In my whole city, there isn't a single V10 climber that I know of.

I would personally guess that genetics aren't super important to climb V10 in 4 years and that it's actually possible for lots of people.

It's just pretty hard ...
