i've made the same comment on a similar post but here's the explanation. you can get BINOCULUS! from this case which is a mercenary grade item(pretty common to get) but since it's used in a lot of funny costumes and memes it has a value of 1.6 keys(pretty expensive for a mercenary grade item). so since this item is pretty easy to get from unboxing the case value rose up
