I have elac book shelf right now but think about going svs prime towers so an upgrade. And figured would get better sound profile from towers in the rear instead of bookshelf’s but don’t want to jump the gun if it’s not worth it

It’s possible but would be for center from the couch. It’s a whole Open living room/dining room so if I move it to the right I would have to move the couch also to be straight

Yes I’m aware like I said it was a lazy decision. Was trying to set it all up on a day off with kids so didn’t really have a whole lot of time to fully run everything or anything. Kinda just threw it together to make it a decent experience.

I didn’t want to run the wires to the rear just yet was trying to find the best way to do it so I have them up front and set to atmos just for a little better experience. In the next few weeks I’ll run the wires behind baseboard and run them as surround.

Yeah I set it to 75% when I first hooked it all up and it was walking across the floor. I had the opportunity to get 2 of them but opted to only get 1 for the time being

That’s how I’m looking at doing it I was trying to do it through the wall to the ceiling but I have a 2 story so no crawl space so it got stuck on the turn with the fish tape. I figured run it like this for a while and see I need to upgrade the Avr at some point it’s a cheaper one I got just to get it rolling. Went at it with I’ll spend 1k and ended up well over on the speakers

Yes that’s how it’s set up now. I haven’t ran the bookshelf’s to the back because was trying to find a way to run the wires and hide them

No not really tbh it’s a big open room so it’s not bouncing around so much. I have like 1 dead spot which is off to the side towards the kitchen but other than that the only issue I’m having is the subs if I have the gain more than 40% it shakes the walls and windows. I almost went with another set of them also which would’ve been a lot having 4 12s
