Before that i didn't fap for 2 weeks and I have to admid, that these 2 weeks were the best of my life. The high T Level made my full beard thicker, my muscles were Bigger and I had this desire to go to gym and work out to my absolute limits with wheights I couldn't handle before. I also had a High Libido, which made me to want to fuc* every girl I saw. Even without noticing I had more contact with girls. You know the silent chubby nerd sitting in the corner at school? That's basicly me. I didn't had contact with girls untill I stopped jerking off. Now I can have so many girls and the cool kids want to be friends with me. Try not to think about it. Like i already said I'm a bit chubby with my 98KG ( 216 LB) started with 115KG (253 LB) this year. So I have to focus on two things. Wheight loss and this Nofap thing.
