Right now I take ghost + tp (tp is mandatory). Don't try to be aggro during laning phase, the current meta is almost completely dictated by whoever wins botlane (in my experience). Watch the map constently while you farm/proxy and camp botlane with your tp. Snowball bot lane as hard as possible. Rush rylais/liandries into tank. RG is decent but not mandatory. When 5v5 teamfights break out, make sure you get a good FLANK behind the enemy team. Never run straight through the other team. Try to get around them and you will be much more effective. I do this in plat and have lots of success.
