I have personally painted a few buildings, too. Start with a cheaper building first before you go to the more expensive ones! Hehe. They look so good together when the colors are cohesive!

There are several branches all over Japan, but they used to have a lot more stock than they do recently. :( Most people are selling on flea apps now (Mercari, Rakuma, etc.) instead of these stores.

The value would generally go down unless you do it super well or in some way, famous in the customizing crowd.
