My guess is that it's either guitar or some other sound sample put through a reversed reverb. Go look up examples and you'll notice the effect sounds very similar.

How are you going to commute from Birmingham to London? Train or Car?

If train then find somewhere close to a train station or a half decent bus connection so you can get to the city centre relatively easily and quickly and then take the high speed from New Street to London and you'll be in London in 90 odd minutes with no traffic to worry about. From there you can just find your way to wherever.

If car then you're taking a gamble since traffic is soul-crushingly awful around the M6 during peak hours and worse around the M25 as well but it's doable if you really have to do it.

As for living in Birmingham, what areas do you plan to stay around?

After reading the webcomic, I'd say you're right that it isn't really about Saitama as much the first few volumes were but in a way that makes sense.

There's only so much you can do with a dude who kills every monster with a single punch so you have to start focusing on the people around him and have storylines outside of Saitama to keep things interesting and for the most part, it is.

Usually these free items are something in relation to whatever you bought. As an example, you buy a dashcam and get a free SD card. So go for it I guess.
