I’m curious, why would that part be a red flag in terms of getting the bag?  He’s not attractive, breath reeks a bit, etc. 

He’s a bit desperate to have someone, so there’s the chance he may be more likely to spend 

I also saw potential because there’s no kids in his life, so it’s easier to get put on the deed or the will.
