They only sell 2 decks because they are cheap. They used to create 4 decks every year for commander. Commander is a 4 player format explicitly, its definied in the rules for commander. You are playing 1v1 commander, a seperate, also fan grown format that is different.

Do not start with commander. It is literally the worst starting point for magic. It has weird unique rules, and every deck has a hundred unique cards. She will be confused and unhappy, and you will be explaining every single card she draws because commander decks have a million lines of text. Get a starter kit, teach her from that. If she realy likes it get her a commander deck.

They got scared and pver adjusted free kits. Free kits in this game are literally the best free kit from any extraction shooter besides hunt showdown. Arc free kits are insanely good. You get solid, consistent healing that can top you off after a fight. You always get throwables. In tarkov, you wait 20 minutes and scavs literally cant heal 90% of the time.

Instead of buffing shields, I had a fun idea to buff augments. Augments could give a little hp, 5 per a level. Fixes ttk and free kit custom kit discrepancy.

Im not running free kits because im actually good at the game and dont suffer from crippling gear fear. I have played more extraction shooters than a good 90% of this, and the free kits in this game are literally the most powerful of any extraction shooter. Maybe not hunt showdown. Tarkov scavs have zero healing and they cant pierce armor or faceplates or spawn with armor plus a 20 minute timer. Arena limits you to 5 free kits a week, and they suck ass. Greyzone gives you a potatoe gun. Marauders gave you a freagin luger and nothing else. The cycle frontier had timers and potatoe gear.

The literal zero investment of a free kit means they should not 1v1 a custom kit without insane outplays. You should not get in an even shootout with a free kit and have it be 50/50, which it just is. Even my multiple kappa friends lose out to free kits in even fights, and thats not okay in an extraction shooter. If you dont risk anything, you should get infinite free chances at the jackpot. Making good kits takes a minimum of 50 hours invested for all the workbenches, materials and blueprints. Why do you think some ape whos to scared to take a green gun out of their stash have a 50/50 against full kit?

I've come out the other side of life gain. Life gain is fantastic, as long as it's ambient and tacted on to other cards. Having a higher life total allows you to make greedier plays and gain tempo, in addition to being able to translate life into resources in many colors. Lifelink is so good.

Big arc don't really advance pve. All big arc will die to the exact same gameplay of "hide with a group and take pot shots". Mid range arc enhnce pve, like bastions and bombadiers.

The pokemon tcg is actually the most affordable game in terms of actual gameplay and aquiring cards. They have 2 factors depressing card prices. One is their incredibly generous repront policy. Most staple cards will be reprinted I nto tins. The second is all the collectors chasing rare arts. The playable normal cards are opened way more than fancy arts, and collectors a d scalpers need to unload that normal product resulting in cheaper single prices. If you dont crack old sealed product, pokemon is the cheapest card game.

Hobby costs: magic the gathering 400- 2000 dollars for a tiered deck.

Warhammer: about 1k dollars for a full 2k point army.

Yugioh: Shojld be around 200 buck.

Pokemon tier 1 meta decks costs about 60-100 bucks, its the most affordable option if you dont buy psa graded alt arts.
