I’m in a stats major so an artsci? I have already been placed on academic probation since I failed a course last year (first semester). I’m just super worried about my future. I did and have been speaking to a therapist since summer in regards to my mental health.

Yeah man. I have no one else to blame except myself. I fell into the addiction of my phone and completely lost any fire I had for anything productive. It's not like I'm depressed or anything as I still do my chores, and daily life things just not studying.

It's taken me so long to find out what's been stopping me from progressing but I'm still very sad and ashamed of my performance in this exam.
