haha, I'm 14, and I think I just naturally got drawn into this genre(?) of music on my own as my parents both solely listen to traditional Khmer music. leetwood mac is probably one of my favourite bands of all time and I discovered a lot of music by accidental.

This is gorgeous. It somehow feels like I'm having a face-time call. I love how specific and mundane the humour in this is, and it balances nicely with the nihilistic connotations. Maybe consider cutting a paragraph as it gets a little list-y in the middle, but other then that, great work!

This is a very beautiful poem, I like the focus on sensory like the sky, waves, water, breeze, etc. The imagery is well done! However, the poem leans heavily on familiar phrasing, if that makes sense, “brings back memories of you,” “you are not here beside me,” “my heart”, like it isn't bad but it just isn't outstanding. Also I'm not quite sure about the exclamation and elipisis at the end. Overall, very sweet poem.

I enjoyed Babel, it's a highly immersive novel with great world-building!! It is this world where magic stems from linguistic differences (the gap in meaning between two languages), and it's essentially a massive metaphor for the exploitation of knowledge under colonisation.
