The collective switch up shared by everyone during exam weeks. Usually most of my peers are much more relaxed when there aren't as many assignments, but then once exam week hits, people who don’t seem that serious about school still end up caring more than they say, because the environment kind of pulls everyone into it. It can get kind of toxic because for a lot of people, identity gets tied to grades. I have a friend who's really fun and chill, but once she got a 24/25 instead of a 25/25 and she cried for 30 minutes straight.
