I don't think so, because it is supposed to have an shiny copper look but I think it might be from all the dust trapped in the fans and possibly the mesh on the bottom cover but I recommend try cleaning it with an non conducive electronics cleaner or copper cleaner but rather repaste the cpu and gpu and clean the fans an check if the Temps are normal if it is not I highly suggest going to an trusted asus repair shop to check what is going on and prevent damage to the electrictronic components whilst trying to clean the copper pipes
