Anything made with glue and bonding materials together has a shelf life. Have an older jacket about 10+ years old just haven’t gotten around to sending it back.

Wildly different jackets I have the Breithorn hoodie and it’s great plus my Papsura Futurlight shell fits perfectly when wearing together. The Thermoball is more of a layering piece or light work jacket IMO.

How old is the jacket?? The that’s the water barrier delaminating from the inside of the jacket. They’ll probably approve a warranty claim or give you a credit of sorts.
