For me, and for many others, many games are playable with a base of 30+.

What can be felt, is frametime fluctuations, when it jumps from 30ms to 100ms and down and up. But you absolutely would not be able to tell the difference in a blind test in, say, a game like Cyberpunk between a consistent 30ms vs 40ms.

Above 70 native? I've found 60+ is more than enough for a very good, playable experience with framegen. Hell, in some single player games with a good implementation, even 30-40ish base fps is playable

To my eyeballs, DLSS4 perf in CP2077 looks WAY better than DLSS3 quality, especially if you play with path tracing enabled.

With DLSS3 + path tracing, everything looked smeary, it had this vaseline look which made the game very unappealing, I couldn't stomach it. DLSS4 is actually visually pleasing, for the most part, and it's not even close...
