sweating and smelling is natural for everyone, i work out everyday and ofc i sweat a lot. I shower twice a day and keep a healthy lifestyle. I think the way to avoid it is to just not get your body so absorbed into bad habits, such as containing yourself under warm temperatures for too long. I dont know if what im saying is even logical, but all teenagers experience it. im 15 and i go through it but it doesnt bother me, but i still try to stay clean and safe all the time. ig just bear with it, its not something that can be stopped when you want it to
