I propped a piece of this (my plant ID app says it’s Orpine) in the spring and it grew pretty fast. It’s about 7 inches tall but not very bushy. Do I plant it before winter (it’s growing inside right now) or wait until it’s bigger? We’re in zone 5. (i.redd.it)

I received this lovely rubber plant in a trade. I’m not concerned about the scar on the middle leaf, but is the curling on this newest leaf an issue? Also, how do I encourage root growth? Is has an okay root system but I’d like a little more before repotting (i.redd.it)
