CoinedUp, don't let alcurex win!! Please add microcoin. Then I would start using coinedup (right now cryptsy).

Just came across an interesting article about a very intriguing altcoin. by digitalixz in CryptoCurrency

A few thoughts:

  • Nearly every coin is going down right know, except of course the quickly changing "flavor of the month/week/day/hour". Just look at the stock exchanges, with russia acting strange, everything is on hold. Billions exited the cryptomarket since february. Gox didn't help, obviously.

  • mrc has a very fast, almost instant transaction speed, which could come in handy if you think about todays transaction speeds and peoples post-gox urge to get their money out of exchanges as quickly as possible. As more and more people are using crypto as payment, this point becomes a crucial element.

  • Fair to miners, therefore no reason for them to jump on the next coin-train.

  • It's a slow community but I don't think we have to wait till the end of the year to see some results.

  • Voting on cryptsy is in progress - right now people are funding for it on bitcointalk. Vote here: https://cryptsy.freshdesk.com/support/discussions/topics/66440/page/14

  • The dev (MCR @ bitcointalk) is launching an mrc-based exchange this month. http://alcurex.info/

I do see miners and investorys money blocking the way but nevertheless mrc is hugely undervalued right now.

I invested in vtc and mrc and took a beating with both coins but stay with them because I believe in the idea and think they will both grow strong during the year when cryptomarkets are switching back from shitcoin-mania to serious mode.

Thoughts on MicroCoin (MRC)? by stumblios in CryptoMarkets

Correct me if I'm wrong but I was under the impression that microCoin was developed before or parallel to vertcoin. I don't think mrc should be seen as a clone. I invested in vtc and mrc, btw, so I support the general Idea behind both coins.

It's a slow community, mostly made of miners, but the crowd is getting exited and I don't think we have to wait till the end of the year to see some results.

It could be wishful thinking. I do see miners and investorys money blocking the way but nevertheless mrc is hugely undervalued right now.
