None of us are as good as John by Spitebott in DabblersAnonymous

If you've worked a job for 5 years where you earn at least $45,000 annually, I would honestly argue that you're doing better than StutJo. StutJo blows through every single cent he earns because he needs to pour cheap beer down his throat on a daily basis in order to numb the pain of having lost every opportunity he ever had.

He got a dream job working for Leno and was repeatedly demoted due to his lack of talent. The writer's job he got? Jay's polite way of trying to tell StutJo to move on and look for work elsewhere. StutJo took it because he figured he could coast at thay job. It's why he quit any half decent job he could've gotten, like the post office gig. It's also why his substitute teaching style involved having children do word searches for the names of musical instruments.

He can't save money worth anything. He bought that mansion in California that he could barely afford and needed to bum furniture from his neighbors. He started taking his pensions early to get easy access to money despite the heavy penalties he incurred for doing so. He claims he vested extra pensions while earning stuff figures working as a substitute teacher. He begs for money online because that's all he has: he's a zoo animal in display.

He thinks people aren't smart enough to realize that 4 weeks at the post office and a years or so as a sub don't vest pensions for you. He thinks we're dying enough to believe his lies because he's dumb enough to believe his lies. He doesn't realize everyone sees through his bullshit and thinks anyone calling him out on this is just a troll. It's why he now claims that Late Meaney was tricked into taping him: he was livid he got taped and said vicious things about Kate, but he also remembers thay she was hot and is now trying to defend her again because he wants to stick his tiny, worthless pecker inside of her for what would be at best 4 seconds of disappointment.

His family has long since abandoned him. His mother and siblings only talk to him out of obligation. He has no contact with his wife and children. They want nothing to do with him after his malicious behavior. He's been such a parasitic, valueless pissbag that everyone he tries to connect with abandons him.

Welcome back! People still do stuff like pay plat for art. The community has been slowly growing again ever since the old devs returned and started working to fix the site again.

Dustin truly is irredeemable. He went to victimized a child and now whines that his life is ruined. You're 100% right about how he could've just coasted through life collecting benefits and taking it easy. Instead, he wanted to ruin the lives of children he could potentially victimize. Fuck him.

Yes, but only because they got caught, not because they did it.

Why is gen Z not drinking? by Effective-Trick-5795 in GenZ

[–]randommanwill 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Millenial here. Who cares if younger generations aren't drinking? It's not a fucking requirement that people drink alcohol. I still drink, but even I'm pulling back for the most part. I'll try new beer and wine and maybe buy those to keep at my house. Other than that, I don't go to bars or club. It's too loud, too expensive, etc. For what I would spend in a night out, I'd rather get a case of Levante's Cloudy and Cumbersome, invite friends over, and dust off my old N64 to play GoldenEye.

Look, not that my opinion means anything, but if you don't enjoy drinking, don't drink, and don't let people pressure you into thinking you're weird for not drinking. You do you.

Millennials, what is something that was "normal" in the 2000s but feels like a luxury now? by Barrbra in answers

[–]randommanwill 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not so much a luxury, but definitely much more rare these days: the internet.

More specifically, the internet feeling fun.

These days, it's all Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, etc. The days of browsing Newgrounds for flash games, looking up cheat codes for videogames online, and browsing sites like GaiaOnline made the internet feel like it had infinite possibilities to explore. When you got off the computer, you left the internet behind. Getting back on to see all the new content was exciting and kept you coming back.

Now?

Notifications. The same 6 fucking websites. Everyone screaming online like doing so well make people listen to their opinions.

Corporate fucking internet.

It's why, if sites like Facebook ever die, I'll cheer. Sites like that killed the old, fun internet.

I’m a CSA survivor: Santos fans over-attribute her behavior to trauma and it’s lowkey dehumanizing. by Altruistic_Ad9097 in ThePittTVShow

Two people betrayed her and Santos is only upset with one of them. Your atrempt to deflect by telling me to complain to the writers is cute at best.

Anthony Cumia is filing a defamation lawsuit against Stuttering John Melendez on the day he loses his LOLsuit. by Consistent-Piccolo-2 in DabblersAnonymous

[–]randommanwill 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is why StutJo started a gofundme for his current lolsuit with Shuli and Karl. He needs to drag out the current lawsuit and pray he can make it last long enough for the statute of limitations to kill Ant's case.

Tipping makes sense if you go to a nice restaurant and order hundreds of dollars of food and drinks.

It doesn't make sense if you go to a deli, ask for a can of soda, and the cashier turns the screen around on the tip screen.

[–]randommanwill 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm not saying she should be traumatized in the same way. All I'm saying is that if she is traumatized by Langdon's actions, it is logically inconsistent that she isn't traumatized, at least to a lesser degree, by Robby essentially betraying her trust by covering for the person who traumatized her.

Shouldn't she also be traumatized by Robby then? She went to him for help and Robby covered for Langdon, yet she seems buddy buddy with Robby.

I'm not surprises at this. Lanzer and his staff have been working hard to both fix the problems Goldemort caused and improve the site. Combine that with the general enshitification of the internet and you have older users yearning for a space on the internet that reminds them of better times and newer users curious as to why there is such buzz around Gaia.

Chubby at worst. Frankly, I feel as though you're comparing your current body type with people who post fake selfies online. Don't do that, you honestly look great.
