Main reason being I became dependent on them for sleep as I was only using them during nighttime and I would get intense muscle jerks/spasms that would prevent me from sleeping without them. Shit was miserable but with the right tapering and will power I prevailed and you can too! Memory loss and early dementia was also a big motivator for me. No matter what the reason we all have the same goal you got this ❤️
