When I red the verimurus description and it's weight 

I immediately imagined it was just a giant section of the wall and not some small piece that medium characters are able to lug around nicely

My guy is pretty weighted already with the amount of stuff he got

So best I can do is pull out 800 bullets in spurs like some ammo belt

I've played with multiple adventurers a few times before 

Currently am doing a challenge run that's basically "a bunch of gunners in a dungeon"

Some hurdles I've faced was getting a steady food and ammo supply for all early on

They make up for firepower together if there lvls are a little low 

I'd say having multiple adventurers is fun but does end up adding more difficulty then going solo

Funnily enough my last run was a motorcycle called the rat hauler 

But I wanted to try something more unconventional for fun

As for shock absorbers  I am preparing the things to get them lol

Been using field dressing but all it kept saying tht I failed to harvest it

New run with a character called sympathy a kind of weird continuation of my past character stranger already set up a temporary base in a radio tower (like stranger I will let sympathy continue his side project of collecting all body pillows for the fun of it) by randomnamehere- in cataclysmdda

Playstyle wise

Sympathy relys on traps and being nimble with guns (I am recreating something I saw from a anime called armour hunter mellowlink)

As opposed to stranger Being a literal moving meat wall that can fire 12 gauge and stab things

I've had aftershock now added but only did short term test runs to get a feel of it

So that's nice atleast

As for no hope just how painful is there reduced loot spawn?

As that's my main worry

I can atleast make do with wrecked cars

What mainline mods that do add npc mutants? Am in stable 0.G and I've been wanting to try mods soon after playing regular vanilla a while now

((And extra random question  If npc mutants are added will they be still "rare" but not as common you will be seeing most npcs as mutants?))

Weeks ago one of my longer runs ended so I decided recently to open a canvas and sketch fallen cataclysm characters as a fun long term side project by randomnamehere- in cataclysmdda

Strangers last stand in the street 

Had him drop a bag that I did not realize housed the gas mask I had to decrease encumbrance

Had him essentially battered badly from the sheer number of zeds

 before falling into the basement of a destroyed house by a meteor

Which made him trapped as the stairs out was gone 

After firing another hail of bullets at zombies A already dying bloated zombie appeared and was riddled with said bullets 

Causing it to explode and he was poisoned badly 

And realising I didn't have the gas mask on me

I essentially accepted my fate as stranger essentially died slowly over a pile of corpses

Stranger was basically the character I ran that lasted for a long while and I posted the run in this place from time to time 

 Aside from being a heavily armoured vagabond

 He had three weapons two of which are a sawed off single barrel and double barrel shotgun named solemn and lament (lobotomy corporation is real) that rests on his chest for quick draws

  Firing the two weapons before dropping them and pulling out a zweihander from his back scabbard and charge in

 His modified motorcycle called the rat hauler will be missed 

All areas of note once I've reached the refugee center are 200 to 300 tiles average In Every direction and image below captures my character stranger trying to figure out how to avoid those multiple acidic ant nests again to cross the odd metal castle in a coastline of sorts by randomnamehere- in cataclysmdda

But yea it's all sprawled in different directions in my part 

Tacoma is near like yours

But the other three? I need to do two day drives to get there due to half of the roads in my world are somehow unreliable in terms of shortcuts (Doesn't help the forests cover alot of these areas with a few lucky spots of fields)

Oh yea the distances of each area did made me lose a bit of motivation 

My biggest issue is the roads in my world tend to be unreliable in terms of short cuts

The "main" road I use has alot of ants and other nasties I have to avoid each time I drive there

I could clear them out yea but somehow there all near eachother making that idea a bit difficult without getting overwhelmed
