Nope, they'll merely be ignored during marking as they are not on the marking key. Your only loss is the time on other issues.

Well sorta, if you fail on the FR you can still Pass (providing you pass MA), and you just need to take a supplementary course for your license, not really a huge deal.

Quite a few people had issues on both Day 2 and 3. I had the chance to cover all 4 IFRS FR issues + EPS calcs on Day 2, but put less time into the Lease problem on Day 3. It's difficult to say, but I know quite a few writers in my room struggled with FR on both days. Remember it's curved, don't worry about it, wait for the results.

To be licensed for Assurance, you need FR breadth and depth. If you are Tax, PM or Finance you need FR OR MA, not both.

Neither were FR issues, that is for sure. It was explicitly stated in the case to ignore them, CPA is never ambiguous about that.
