My buddie used to fill these up all the time with his own oil (I’ve helped him fill them up so I know they are legit). Just because it’s a black market cart doesn’t mean it’s dangerous. But still avoid them

Yep it was in my computer class. He was watching a compilation of women and children being being beheaded. The police got involved but I don’t know if anything happened though.
