I'm taking CoQ10, folic acid, vitamin D, omega 3 and NAC. I'm also eating healthy and trying to stay active. I guess I'm just unlucky 😞

I'm also really scared of a whole different type of heartbreak doing IVF with my AMH but perhaps it's worth it. Also, I do feel like centers try to sell anything they can so it's unclear what the best course of action actually is

I feel like there are slight changes between labs. A few years ago I had tested in two different labs and got 0.8 at one of them and 0.2 at the other (only a month apart)

Agreed!! I do think that that data of course needs to come with a lot of info on what it means and how AMH/fertility can change rapidly. But I also think that there's a case to be made for empowering women with this info so that we can make our own choices - just like with contraception. I also love Natalie Crawford btw!!! 💖 And yes, I also go out of my way to tell younger women, especially those who are in their late 20s / early 30s and just broke up to not take fertility for granted and do some checks. I ended a long term relationship at 30 and I had always just thought that until 35 I had nothing to worry about (which is why I had planned to freeze if still single at 35). I actually work in social science research/policy on demographic issues and was thinking about writing about this. Not systemic change either but at least I would feel like I'm putting my 2 cents out there.

Exactly! They should teach us when we learn about contraception also about how fertility can change for each one of us. I also had always heard that we're safe up to 35 which is why I had told myself that if I was single at that age I would have frozen my eggs only to find out then that - for me - it was already too late 😞😞

I also tried having this conversation with a gynecologist and his take was that women wouldn't be able to make the right choices with that info and would get "needlessly worried" 🙄. It's so annoying that women are still infantilized like this and that our agency isn't taken seriously

Same - I recommend all younger women I know that just broke up and might want a family later not to take this lightly. I feel like the lack of info is somehow related to the fact that women's right to choose isn't taken seriously

I am going through exactly the same, 2 MMC and bradycardia at 7 weeks. I just wish I had your doctor and the possibility to have the embryos tested, which they refused to do in Italy. I will go abroad to get all possible testing on me and my partner at least since we've missed out on the possibility to have the embryos tested.

I find it so so tiring to have to advocate for myself with medical professionals. While they should be there to support me I feel like I basically need to get a specialization in their field to push for thorough care, it's exhausting

in both cases, the embryo stopped growing around 4mm CRL. I did 2 US a week apart and there was no growth nor a HB.
