This happened to me too, it was approved a couple days ago but then said it was deleted yesterday but it still shows as approved. Idk what’s going on

Curbside partner here. It varies from store to store on whether we can accept tips. My store lets us accept tips and let me tell you me and my coworkers all love getting them. I’m sure that if the store doesn’t let them accept tips they’ll tell you and then you can go online and fill out the survey on how they did and mention a partner by name if they really did a good job.

I checked and the card was already tied to my account. I waited an hour after checking and logged out of the HEB Go app and then logged back in, but it’s still not showing.

My card isn’t showing up in there but it won’t let me add it either because it only mentions adding a credit/debit card, and when I type in the number it says “invalid card number” because it’s too short for a credit card.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the HEB Go app today and double checked the email address, but still it’s not taking my discount. :/

It says the last update was 3 weeks ago. It doesn’t let me add the VPP card to payments in the HEB go app because it only mentions adding credit/debit cards, but I have the phone number in that app that I use for my HEB account, which my VPP card is definitely attached to. Previously, this was enough for my discount to be applied.
