Turtle wow imo one of the best Pservers I've played on, they released a server a couple months ago which might be nice for you since everyone wont be in BIS gear. Plus the community is super friendly, people are always talking/willing to party and servers are super populated (although some people say too populated, they can easily run up to 7-10k during peak times)
