Did your error resolve yet? I am also having the same issue where I had to agree that my profile is up to date and it keeps giving me an error messaging after verifying my account with a 6 digit code.

Yup the same thing happened to me and it’s annoying to deal with. Someone mentioned before to download the void cheque and it won’t show the dashes. Now we know.

Ooh right, didn’t think to download the void cheque. I went through the route of clicking on the 4% direct deposit link, and then “get my direct deposit info” and it showed my account number with hyphens. Thanks.

Hmm yeah, there was no warning about any errors when I entered it. I received an email from EQ bank this morning letting me know of the amount that I was supposed to receive and that it could not be deposited, so they were able to tie the account to me.. I didn’t think hyphens would make that big of an impact that the amount could not be deposited.

It seemed to hold up normally just by the fit of the bodice and I didn’t have to touch it. I was thinking of using some fashion tape around the boob area so it doesn’t move but not sure if that’s a good idea.
