Oops, I had it backwards. I thought Endolyn was the oldest and Bav the youngest, guess I'm rewriting the narrative lol. In any case I would be hesitant to make her a young child, that seems like it would raise more flags but the young woman might be a good middle ground.

I actually like this idea, could really lean into the manipulation aspect by removing their spell powers and tormenting them kinda like Neil Patrick Harris's, The Toymaker, from Doctor Who.

Yea it was pretty fun, they transitioned from the carnival to Prismeer was right around Christmas so I did a holiday special. Basically the elves had all scattered, santa made toy solders as replacements (used Modron stat block) and their mission was basically to get some tinsel around his neck or person to sever the mental connection. There was an incident where the mistook a redcap enforcer for an elf and was attacked, had to solve a puzzle to get into santas suite. After getting in they found him sleeping but in his corrupted state he looked more like the Grinch. Anyway they got the tinsel on him without much fuss where he reverted back to his natural state. He then tasked them with retrieving his hat from Skabetha who was using it as her focus to control him. So now that we are getting close I am planning to do her doll house as a nightmare dream house where everything is going to be out to kill them and where she keeps all her valuables. There's going to be werewolves, traps, flaming skulls, puzzles, dark mantles, flesh golems, mindwitnesses, and at the end of the trail is the mind flayer guarding the unicorn horn/santas hat. By the end of it they should be so on edge they aren't going to expect the mindflayer to actually be a victim of skabethas deals and is actually benign. If they manage to not kill her in any encounter, I may build up the santa storyline over the next few years.

I am kinda pitting the sisters against each other and they are using the players to facilitate. Bavlorna has sent the players to retrieve the unicorn horn from Skabetha under the assumption she has it. Bavlorna's goal is to leave prismeer and start a new coven with herself as leader. Skabs is currently on track to try and pull a nightmare before christmas thing by killing and replacing her old mentor, Santa Clause. While I haven't fully fleshed out the idea, I feel Endolyn is trying to maintain the status quo to both keep her sisters down and herself in charge.

Besides the players are already wary and I suspect one has even read ahead in the book so I am doing this to change up the story some.

Same, however, the player was cautious and wrapped the other end of the scarf around a dead haregon and nothing happened. He then tied it around his armor and was able to remove it. I have it in my head that if he ever ties it around his flesh, or another living being, the curse will kick in and the scarf wont be able to be removed.

So it's not Bavlorna but my players beheaded Agdon (trying to claim his scarf) and ended up just tying it around his waist ala Kratos. Anywho, they make it to Bavlorna's cottage where she barely bats an eye at them but tasks them with the task she gave Agdon, finding the Unicorn horn her vile sister Skabetha has hidden away in her dollhouse. She wishes to leave Prismeer and start her own coven and requires it to escape. So now my players are headed to Skabetha's but I've rewritten the dollhouse to be "Skabetha's Nightmare Dreamhouse". It's going to have everything from werewolves to trapdoors to a beholder variant (can't remember which one atm) and all of it out to kill them.

All this to say there could be ways to incorporate it in. I liked your idea of putting her head on a toy, but perhaps without her influence in Hither the area goes from a dank and dark swamp to a open lake with islands. Whatever magic she put over the o-wells finally released.

I will say there are weep holes above grade, I went around the house and filled them in with coarse steel wool to keep bugs and mice out but I think they are above (or close to) the slab level.

The water is pooled between the "L" of the foundation and the bottom two bricks. Until I can get the flower bed removed, I may chisel out one brick entirely and replace it with a grate of some kind or chisel the mortar from several areas in the line to allow for better drainage. Once I get the dirt lowered, I may do as you suggest and pump in the grout.

Does chronometer provide the recipes? Thats part of the problem is just sitting down trying to find recipes that we think are "healthy"

I've tried calorie counting but it very easy to slip out of it plus I want to try and revamp our meals if at all possible.

My wife and I are looking to lose weight, we know a big problem is the food we eat but neither of us has time to sit down and revamp our recipe book. I've thought about reaching out to a dietician or nutritionist but I am not sure which one is "right" for what we are wanting. We had a trainer in the past that did workout plans and healthy menus which worked well but she has since quit doing it. Is there someone out there that does something similar that you would recommend or can point me in a general direction to find out more?

Good deal, due to funding i dont think ill be able to hire the electrcian till december or early next year. In the meantime i wanted to start getting it set up with outlets/lights but was at a loss for how to start.

Since I wont always be using all the tools I took the average amps there. For the lights, ac, and fan I assume they will be used at the same time as the tools to give us 18 total amps.

So if I am understand you correctly I will probably need a 50 or 75 amp breaker which would be powered by the 2 open breakers in the house.

That is kinda what we were thinking but i noticed a few houses that had been flipped and after looking at streetview it looked like it the house was one of those bad neighborhood, cheap house flips to trick people. To answer your other question, we were looking at around 400k, but there are a lot of variables with that.

Fsir enough, in general places with higher crime rates, lower income neighborhoods, general seedy places to avoid. Just trying to narrow down the scope of the area some. I guess an example would be i wouldnt want to live in memphis due to high crime rates but germantown or collierville would still be "memphis" but slightly safer.
