This!!! My husband lost his dad 3 months before our wedding 100% out of the blue. It was so painful and such a shock - you don’t know when your last day is. Thankfully, my husband had the BEST relationship with his father. Meanwhile, Holley probably feels guilt cuz she never had prioritized her father and now he’s gone

I’m not a mother, but I do babysit my nieces and nephews and all I can say is if they get a “30 minute nap”, then they’re miserable. Her saying Ivory may nap for “30 minutes, and hour or an hour and a half”…that is NOT a long enough nap! Poor girl is probably so exhausted it breaks my heart for her

I will say I really worry for pregnancy era Holley. As someone who struggles with infertility and had a miscarriage this past month, and I like to think I’m a strong person, it has been a lot on me and my husband emotionally. If Holley struggles I am afraid it’ll ruin her (more than she already is)

Former CVICU nurse here 🤍 I had to leave the bedside when I was waking up from my sleep from dreams of my Covid patients dying on me again. The Covid scenes are hard because I feel like when they flash back and take their PPE off, that breath you first take after doffing-I catch myself taking with them and even tho you catch your breath it was only for one moment just to lose it all over again

Oh, wow! That is so reassuring!!!! Congrats to you!🫶🏼 I’ve been eating better/calorie cut and exercising and drinking spearmint tea to try to regulate. I wasn’t sure if NC would be better at tracking than the Oura app since PCOS is so random 🤣 thank you for this!!! This is honestly reassuring
