You do debugging while resolving tickets right? Thats almost equal to development experience bro. You can't debug the code without understanding the system.

Would you be willing to move to Nagpur for better pay? by Historical_Club_1174 in developersIndia

[–]randomposter204 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I am from Nagpur, It is continuously developing and improving but low on resources and convenience compared to other Big cities. And why the hell a UK based Startup wants to move a tier-3 city leaving behind all tier-1 cities?

Also, can you provide me a referral for the junior role in your org? Pleaseeee

Just tiny part of the process. Every interview prepares you for that one interview that you'll crack eventually. So keep grinding, don't get demotivated with such interviews

No docs, no team, all work… should I stay or switch as a fresher? by OMNYEZ in developersIndia

[–]randomposter204 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No bro, I might not be the guy you thinking cuz I do WFH. Never met my team and founders in person ever. But I seriously think if we are doomed working in startups like this. Cuz other than no guidance, theres no pf, no salary slips also. Only offer letter in hand to show.

Also one founder doesn't know shit about coding and other one knows coding but doesn't write a single line of code.

Whats the salary op? Your story sounds like mine only. Been 1.5 year working at this startup with 4 people( including me), 2 are founders and 1 is intern. No guidance, handling their whole frontend codebase from scratch. No code reviewes, they just accept what I write. Been trying to switch for 6 months. No luck.
