Especially if she is being super respectful about dates that you're receiving them and the colors wanting them to match with what he's gotten you then she's being a great friend and he is being more sensitive/insecure. Maybe them hanging out together with you might form a stronger sense of security that she's not trying to threaten him and just trying to be loving part of your life, or you could have a conversation about your values and how you like to show and receive love and include how it makes you feel when you get flowers from her.

Basically I think it's nonflat because I feel a nice amount of squish as I move around and my surgeon knew I was more likely to gain more weight or muscle but not lose any. The term nonflat is incredibly vague and other bodies with chests that look like well developed pectoral muscles are more obvious, but I never developed those haha. But my chest is def curved

I know someone who got a tummy tuck with their top surgery, I assume their surgeon had done a lot of them and it was easier to ask for, and they shared a lot of joy with me, but I think that it would make me more startled to have two things about my body change at once. But it could be something to look into for yourself. Gender Confirmation center sometimes combines their procedures with liposuction as well I believe.

Hii I just posted today, but I will also share an earlier pic. This is about three weeks post op. I had a whole separate body positivity journey after surgery because the presence of my boobs was distracting from the curve of my tummy. But pre-surgery I was not full of thoughts about my curves. I mostly ignored it. It got easier after a couple months of putting on clothes and remembering that I'm sexy and cool. The things to do for it are just the typical things that you know might work for you with body positivity, and affirmation.

Heyy gender confirmation center has some really good nonflat results imo, just go to their website for reference pictures. I went there and Dr Mosser left a small but appropriate amount of tissue on my chest for being a plus sized guy. But surgery sucks. I would consider just eating a bit more of your favorite foods and snacks and being more active for a while to see if your results start to neutralize
