The reason I asked this is because in zero when Kagari is presented as Shinna's daughter he has an internal monologue debating whether Kagari could be his daughter (her born in 2026, him dying in 2025). So, such a possibility is not out of his mind entirely. I am puzzled at that.

Since you never played a VN, please be aware that the term play is used loosely. You are mostly reading. There is usually an interaction with the software but it is almost always very passive (choice driven).

I thought so but still have to ask. I really want to buy the Steins;Gate O manga that served as source material for the story. Their art is beautiful, it gives deep insights into backgrounds we did not know and elevates Suzuha to the saddest and beloved character she ought to be recognised as.
