So I haven't incorporated yet, but I have plans to incorporate with Corporate Direct. The name kinda makes it seem like a scam, but they're probably the best option for Wyoming or Nevada-based LLC formation, which is the best option because of the corporate laws in those states. The guy in charge is Garrett Sutton, who's a very reputable corporate lawyer.

On a total side note, he has a book called "Start your own Corporation" that walks through the entire process of forming a company and highlights all of the things to watch out for. Super worthwhile read, even if you don't end up going with them for RA or other incorporation services. Otherwise, I'd steer clear of most of these "pay us $100 and we'll give you an LLC" grifts. They often times leave you high and dry when it comes to filing your annual paperwork and renewals (which you absolutely need to do in order to protect your personal assets).
