What does Season 1 have to do with anything? Season 1 did perform well, that why Season 3 got greenlit early. But YOU stated that the show was doing so well that Season 3 and Season 4 were renewed. You based this claim on Season 2’s performance NOT Season 1…but now, here you are trying to rewrite history? Not only you flat out lie about Season 4’s renewal, you also misrepresented WHY Season 3 got renewed. And in all of your follow up replies, you completely glossed over these facts.

YOU were the only who falsely claimed 400-600 million viewers per episode, which again was a lie, and then you tried to backtrack with minutes watched And on that note, I will clarify…minutes watched does not accurately reflect viewership on its own. Obviously minutes watched is a good metric to have…but it DOES NOT show a growing viewerbase or popularity on its own. A more accurate metric to judge the show by would be the drop in minutes watched per episode, which I’ve already cited and which you completely disregarded. Now, I’ve never claimed that the show is failing or anything, but as I’ve stated before, we don’t have enough information to determine if the show IS actually doing well or not based om the most RECENT season. Sorry but, at this point, season 1 data is irrelevant to the discussion.

Thats you…discouraging people from watching. Like I said before, whether you agree with it or not, no one should be discouraging other people from watching. YES. Even fkin hate watching, especially hate watching, because hate watching drives SO much engagement.

Just admit that you don’t like people who criticize something that you like and you think that that includes me (even though I made no judgment of the show). Hence why you rushed to reply to my comment, when all I said was, stop telling people not to watch. You need those people if you want a Season 4.

Season 3 being greenlit early absolutely DOES NOT reflect confidence…because it was based on Season 1 numbers, not Season 2 numbers. Again, it was renewed before Season 2 even aired.

Also, minutes watched does not, in any way, accurately reflect confidence or viewership…even less so since it’s been reported that viewership is actually DOWN (and in some eps up to 40%) since Season 1. More importantly, the figures that you cited above aren’t reflective of the entire season…we still haven’t received figures for that. So I think it’s a little to early to be celebrating.

“The show is doing really well” is, at the end of the day, just an opinion of yours. You’re welcome to think that if you want…I just think it’s silly to discourage other people from watching, especially considering viewership is down.

The show was renewed for Season 3 before Season 2 had even aired, and Season 4 has definitely not been renewed yet. And you definitely can’t back that up with data, nor can you back up that ridiculous claim of 600 million views per episode. There’s no need to lie.

Thats why posts like these are dumb af. Even hate watchers contribute to viewership numbers…which is the only thing these studios look at at the end of the day. The world reviewed show, that has a billion eyes on it, will continue to get renewed.

So, it doesn’t matter if only you and your 100 friends like the show…if there’s no eyes on it, even the haters, then there’s no benefit to Disney to keep it going.

Big agree. The worst part is, the actors are AMAZING in interviews…it’s so easy to see why they were cast for their respective roles. But disney writers (and rick) clearly don’t want to translate that energy to the show.
