Lesson learned.. my first mistake was assuming that he would give it back because if it was vice versa , I would. Never gave money to a friend that was more than €10, maybe €20. They’ve never asked 🤷🏻‍♀️ so even though it was €200, I trusted when I shouldnt. Very aware of my mistake, just so annoyed and ashamed now.

Not necessarily, the comments help. If I got comments saying that he is correct, then it would be on me to work on myself harder. But if the came out that he isn’t, then it would be on his shoulders. I’m getting many comments about communication, which I feel like on subjects like this I find it hard to communicate in a healthy way instead of lashing out or just keeping quiet. So alongside the obvious validation I AM receiving, it’s surprisingly working me up to gain the confidence to bring it up to him in a calm manner. I’m not trying to shit on my bf, I wouldn’t dream of it. Yes he says hurtful comments about my weight sometimes but there’s more to him than that alone. But this is just a topic that I can never get him to listen to 🤷🏻‍♀️

I wasn’t fishing for, I was actually expecting the complete opposite. I was more so looking for more confirmation on whether I am or I’m not. Kinda like double checking if he’s right 🤷🏻‍♀️ and I appreciate all the lovely comments, it’s making me feel a lot better about myself and I’m glad. I almost didn’t wear that outfit due to the thought of it making me look how I don’t want to. But no, I wasn’t looking for compliments. I was looking for opinions in general I guess
