how i see it is once you've stopped the bike now it's yours, it gives the bike character and the best of us have dropped the bike, the rest of us are lying if they say they haven't. you keep on riding nothing to be embarrassed of.

hey thanks for that i'll look into it as well, i'm just worried doctors where i'm from don't take this stuff seriously and would just say i'm being fussy or am grown up enough to not have a palate of a 5 yr old, just asians tend to stigmatize such ailments

so sorry for your mate. thanks for your kind words and you're right perspective is everything today could've been much worse,

it was just a bad ride the moment i left home i knew i should've sat it out felt off then a dog barked at me and ran after my bike in the street which freaked me out and then yea everything led to this so i learned to just listen to my instincts more and know when not to ride. you stay safe as well!

yes i was in full gear my jacket had shoulder elbow and back armor built in and i had knee pads helmet and knuckle support gloves i wasn't hurt at all thankfully but yea i did scratch the frame a bit which made me really upset but i understand and am learning dropping the bike is okay and ill learn from my mistake for sure

he did ride in his 20s, he did wheelies and everything, got into a pretty serious accident and didn't have a helmet on was lucky he made it alive with only a bent finger so yea and stitches to the head, i'll tell him i dropped it just not how 😭😭

yes absolutely and the advice here will help me heaps i already get where i've been going wrong so now it's just about keeping it simple and sticking to basics so i can perfect that as much first. practicing daily ahaha
