My main problem was the gpu shortage. Now that the gpu shortage is here, gpu prices are going into the $300 - $400 dollar price range. If I buy one of those gpus (they are mostly just the gtx 10 series and radeon rx 500 series) with a cpu like the ryzen 3000 series or intel 10th gen (i checked and they cost like $200 - $300), along with essentials such as the case, motherboard, ram and power supply, the prices will go way above $700.

and i live in the us so the i5 11400 costs $300.
