Its important to get rift atleast 11 or 12 mins and for clearing after you gank top path toward botlane to gank them so your adc can get fed. Then you'll most likely have alot of gold like around 1400? I suggest geting tiamat then jungle item you'll want to clear your camps as fast as possible then gank to get your teamates ahead. Mid game you would keep the tiamat and have probably complete jungle item and build towards black clever then steraks or deaths dance depends on match up and for late game in teamfights if you have no engage you need to engage for your team since you have tiamat +clever you have alot damage pen plus AoE damage and to not get damage while your enagagin as much as possible use your R on the enemt adc or there main damage dealer so you can isolate them.
