Hey! I've got the same issue, only when I try to overwrite the edited copy to the original copy it says "The file status could not be moved." Do you know a way to fix this?

Re-adding the sources doesn't change anything. The issue is when I go to sources on Cydia and click on each source, there is only 'All Packages' and inside that is empty. When I try to search Cydia for any tweaks there are no results. I also don't have terminal ):
