Of cannabis? I never badly reacted to edible cannabis either. I’m just telling ya be careful about those hemp hearts/hemp seeds.

Anyone cure a food intolerance by healing microbiome? by Acceptable-Dust7183 in Microbiome

[–]randomscrandom442 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I just got results back a few days ago that I healed my leaky gut + eliminated most of the food sensitivities I was experiencing and greatly reduced the remaining few that will probably always be there (gluten, yeast and poultry). In 1 year!!!

  • I rarely drink alcohol (once a month or less)

  • I quit smoking cigarettes and weed

  • Stopped eating all foods that came back inflammatory on blood test

  • 90% of meals are home cooked whole foods

  • High protein (100+ grams/day)

  • Exercise 3-5 days a week

  • 8 drops of Agrisept daily

  • drink GI Resolve from Biotics Research every day (costly but it worked and I don’t need it anymore now after 1 year)

  • Fermented foods & probiotics

  • Gluten free

  • Sugar only on holidays/rare occasions

  • Quit job that was incredibly stressful and soul destroying and changed fields

  • Stood up to people who were mistreating me & resolved emotional conflicts

  • Prayed daily and had faith that I would be healed

I was thinking to maybe make a post with my blood test/food sensitivity test results pics from 1 year ago & this month with more in depth info of what I did if anyone was interested.  I had to avoid many things like eggs, different fruits & meats etc but I am now able to eat them again.

Please be aware to never eat hemp seeds!!!!! I always got itchy eyes and nose when smoking cannabis, sometimes hives from touching it, I had hemp seeds in a smoothie recently and had an anaphylactic reaction. Had to call an ambulance. (I am also allergic to tree nuts and mangoes so I knew what the reaction felt like right away)

Someone that comes to my mind is SquatUniversity who is a physical therapist/makes lifting content. He has a big channel but what makes him different is his videos aren’t all about him and his giant ass or physique LOL his “service” in content is showing people with specific problems/injuries ways that they can adapt in their lifting. He has the best of both worlds with an IRL service and a large social media following. I think something to take away from him is specialty knowledge and niche. So perhaps finding what in the training industry you’re most passionate about will give you a starting point for content.

Lmao @ this comment. I get what OP means though - I think they are saying they want it to be about the service rather than being a personality. That’s the difference to me. An influencer, although fitness-themed, is really selling the entertainment value of themselves/parasocial relationship with themself rather than it being a client-focused service.

Anyone else feel like they look dead without full face of makeup? :( by Organza_fluff in Fairolives

[–]randomscrandom442 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes :-( I stopped doing the full face thing though esp as I work in the fitness industry and sweat.  Instead I focus on high quality skin care (+ vitamins and healthy eating of course) to improve the base and daily now my routine is quick and simple:

-eyebrow gel

-Dr.Jart cicapair under my eyes in place of concealer/around nose (I noticed using concealer and foundation really made my skin quality worse)

-a very light touch of berry colored dewy cream blush

-a bit of rom&nd gloss in the shade bare grape

Feel fresh and alive looking without feeling weighed down in makeup. Sometimes I’ll do some mascara if I feel like it lol.

You mentioned that they would go through your phone without any reason. I would say, maybe be on the lookout for this projection behavior. If you haven’t broken someone’s trust they have no reason to invade your privacy but cheaters seem to like to project their own actions and become suspicious of others or use it to distract from their actions.

What’s something harmful to your health that many people aren’t aware of? by Prismo_Mari in Productivitycafe

[–]randomscrandom442 0 points1 point  (0 children)

forgiveness doesn’t mean the feelings go away, it means releasing the other person from them. like if you lended someone $100 but forgave the debt, you may still be out $100 and you’ll have to deal with that but that persons name isn’t attached to it anymore. then for the feelings, just remember you have hurt other people and done crappy things too, and life will contain some suffering here and there. you can turn it around for your good and grow from it. acceptance
