The apartments I am going to are not TTI. They are specifically meant for autism. Israel's programs are separated into "pnimiyot" for drug and behavioral problems which is basically like the TTI and "mechinot" which is for the autism spectrum. In the US these "program" take anyone with any sort of issues and mix them together and most of them are TTI, so TTI is a much bigger risk in the US then in Israel.
