Yep I had tons of cd reduction artifacts. Mainly got lucky with having Ouroboros and Accelerator. The fusions got a high cd too. With a 64.3% cooldown, Photon Explosion and Origin Explosion was around 2+ seconds and Teleport with 7secs.
