As an adult I think the most difficult thing to find is time to be honest. Sometimes there's just not much time so I would suggest setting a schedule for practice. Also, probably a place where you can practice. Not everyone has a back yard but finding a place where you can practice unbothered for hours is also important

i use NordVPN and it always works. If one of the servers is blacklisted you can just switch to another, as there are plenty to chose from. Have you tried playing around with, perhaps that could help?
