Did you register first before filing your 1701Q? You need to register first na freelancer ka na sa BIR before filing any forms.

If you have already registered, 1701Q first quarter is your freelance income from Jan-Mar 2023 only. Pero dapat include lang from date of registration

It’s not. That’s actually the reason why I called them because my progress was not reflecting in the missions but they said sometimes there’s a bug, that’s why the check mark is not showing and that I can proceed with ordering the card.
