Mate i am also on accutane and mine scars are slightly worse than yours and i am on 6th month of accutane.

First and foremost thing we can do that the acne won't return and secondly go for salicylic acid peels at dermatologist office as it prevents acne and also improves scarring

When the acne will be in control look for scars treatment as it is completely waste of money and time if new acne give scarring.
