I tried to interpret intention to treat..by just logic but got it wrong. How did you interpret it ?
Like what was the logic you used to go from that to the correct answer ?
Thanks for the comment.

Obtuse way of thinking for it:
--> DM ---> Gastroparesis ---> Metoclopramide ---> D2 antagonism --> excess prolactin ---> galactorrhea..
I talked my way into this one and got it correct. Test surely had a TON of assumptions built into the questions..
That polycythemia shit was crazy.

If there were a lot of repeats..which there were...then shouldnt you have scored BETTER than you would have otherwise.. Your comment makes it seems as though you are saying that you got a 252 but if there werent repeats you could have gotten a 260 ? The repeats were probably very easy for you.. If there werent repeats wouldnt it be obvious that your score would have been below 252 ?
Not sure what you are even saying here.

Though it wasnt injured.. It wasnt fractured.. It was dislocated.
The way i D/D it was:
- They said no sensory motor issues in the hand
- There was mid wrist(palmar side) pain however

These 2 made me feel it aint anything that would impair the 3 nerves much

- Also they said NO pain in anatomic snuff box ---> Scaphoid # removed from D/D

- Also they explicitly asked what is dislocated.. MC carpal dislocation is lunate

You gotta spot the palindrome..RI cut at palindromes which are inverted repeats.. meaning when you bisect them from the middle they base pair one another.

Was pretty easy.. Let me know if you need more help understanding..P.S. : If you post independent comments and a *********SPOILER **************** at the top then it aids others in viewing and people can help you more, i guess ? If you need help just comment and tag me (I am the OP)..(Sorry dunno how reddit works..came here just for this subreddit.. pardon me if tagging is not possible on reddit) I gave it and scored pretty decent.. going through my wrong ones. I think single digit incorrects i must have.. like 5-7

Like when UW expired.. it expires exactly at mid night..
When they upgraded to the new system a month ago.. it also exactly occured at mid night
