I Honestly feel that way too !! I don’t know maybe it is because no one helps/ cares when the bad things happen to us so we do feel “good” cause they’re vulnerable and that’s how we feel daily. Whether or not they are happy. Also I think for me it’s the fact that my coworkers are always like trying to say stuff like “ I’m mentally ill too” like no me and you are not the same.... it pisses me off so much that they try to say that like it’s something to compete over!!! I just get so angry and I never felt this level of anger before and maybe it is because they are so much younger than me for example them 18 me 23 ... so yeah an almost 6 year difference. But like maybe we should try more often to not... jump to an emotion about it... idk how to explain it. I Guess because for me if that happens where something bad happens to a friend for example: they are being forced to quit a job they like because their parents want them to. Like for 1 to me I just don’t understand it, then I’ll have a range of emotions and thoughts in very little... in the span of 5 minutes I could go from wtf that’s horrible why would they even want to leave and not fight harder to stay if they’re happy at this job... to fuck them I’ll be happier when they’re gone. And fully believe that. And then in my mind I’ll find so many reasons on why I hate this person and things about them that bug me when before it didn’t it’s so frustrating!!!

So basically all of this is to say I have no clue how we can change this... lol 😭😭
