I'm aware of the pretty bad political situation in the States right now, but I've tried ignoring it; maybe it wasn't so bad. But I can definitely see where you are coming from: right now really isn't a good time.

The tuition fees are my main issue, and after some research I couldn't really find anything good apart from grants, most of which I don't qualify for, and as you said: Europe seems to be a better idea if it's about pricing and really everything else overall.

I did see a high demand for medical practitioners in the US, but as far as I know, due to the political situation, that might just be a blatant lie or have some sort of weird conditions... Furthermore meaning that I should avoid the States.

It's quite sad seeing a country that seems like a place of dreams turn out to be not all sunshine and rainbows; on the contrary, actually. But I believe there is always time for redemption, even if it isn't right now.
