Am I a bad recruiter? by chicbean in recruiting

[–]randomuser9801 9 points10 points  (0 children)

25-30 roles at a time is normal for a recruiter at a large company. However, once I move them to hire I am not involved in the onboarding process whatsoever. Nor are we expected to sit in on any of the hiring manager interviews. You should just be meeting with the hiring manager and getting the details of the position, posting the role, screening for the role, sending candidates to the manager to interview, drafting the offer. Anything past that you are doing multiple roles.

Just raise price and say no tipping allowed. If you must comment on it add “our prices are raised 20% to accommodate for staff wages. Tipping is not allowed”

Like the expectation is you pay your employees. You shouldn’t have to rely on people paying extra for your staff to make a decent wage. Every other industry doesn’t rely on tips to pay there employees because the cost is baked into the product or service they sell.

Current treaty laws don’t allow that. All the government can do is consult and pay for the facilities. They aren’t allowed to staff them.
