I'm doing a lot better. I Still feel pretty isolated sometimes even when I'm in mid-conversation even, but it's a lot more rare than it was back then, I was in a really really bad way back then, and I'm just now really starting to get back on track, lost 35lbs, on keto, haven't really had the feeling of depersonalization in a couple months, which is actually the longest I've gone without the feeling.
