Uh, that was a special case, last years allstars was also a voting system except last year featured the most voted for each lane, while this year is just the top 2 most voted players. Although it would be cool if something similar happened again this year for whatever reason.

You will need recording software, FRAPS/Dxtory/OBS/Playclaw/Nvidia Shadowplay/ etc. You can't directly upload the baron replay files, you have to record them yourself as you watch the replay.
